....well not quite
BUT THE BLOG IS RE-BORN!
After some encouragement from a friend I have decided to start up this blog again. As I have also discovered over the years Crohns always seems to rear it's ugly head just when you think you are getting better.
It's been a year now and I have made some good improvements, but I still have issues to deal with most days and would like to continue to share my experiences and thoughts with anyone who cares to read this little blog.
Don't expect a lot though.. Perhaps a short post each month at best...

I was hoping you might be able to offer some publicity for a fund-raiser I'm conducting for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. I'm running a half marathon in January with the Team Challenge program with a final goal of raising $3600 for the CCFA.
My husband, as well as my stepmother and other members of both my and my husband's family have Crohn's. So, this is a very personal cause for me. Otherwise, there is no way I'd be running 13.1 miles. I had never run more than a half-hour straight in my entire life before beginning this.
If you'd be willing to make a quick blog post to share my fundraising page with your readers, I'd be truly grateful.
